Backordered Items
We make every effort to fulfill orders that are placed on our websites, but occasionally an item is out of stock or on backorder.
If we are confident that we can ship you the items within a short amount of time, we will email you the estimated shipping times. If you wish to cancel an order that has been backordered, call Polaris Customer Service at 1-800-303-9002 in the U.S. and 1-800-304-6067 in Canada. Please have your order number ready, along with the item numbers you want to cancel.
If the item has been discontinued, or we won’t be receiving the items within a reasonable amount of time, we will cancel your order. We will email you a notification that your order was canceled, and you won’t be charged for the item. It may take 5-7 days for the pending remove any pending charges from your account. Please contact your financial institution for details if your pending charge was not removed.
